The Gospel Mission of Sioux City is hiring for a Director of Food Ministry. 

 Under the direction of the Associate Executive Director 

Directs the Food Ministry programs of The Gospel Mission, including shelter guest meals, community guest meals, and food pantry services.  Assures that food ministry programs contribute to the mission of Leading people to Christ.  Mentors and supervises staff and volunteers that assist in the delivery of food services.  Manages relationships with food vendors and donors to maximize resources and minimizes cost of products. 

Qualifications: 
Must be willing to sign and abide by the Gospel Mission Statement of Faith; and Marriage and Sexuality Statement, and be a member of a local Bible believing church.   
Must be able to deal with people in a variety of circumstances, both professional and with Christ like love. 

Required:  
High School Diploma; 3-5 years of experience in Food Service (including Leadership positions).  

Preferred:  
Associates/Bachelors in food service/customer service related field with 3-5 years experience.
